What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as the national sales liaison for Smart Power Solutions, maintaining positive relationships with strategic accounts - Develop and implement business strategies to meet customer needs and achieve sales quotas - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and identify new business opportunities - Manage customer relationships to tailor solutions that meet their requirements - Provide forecasts and updates to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree or relevant outside sales experience - Minimum of 7 years in outside sales within the data center space and at least 2 years managing key accounts - Knowledge of electrical power products used in data centers - Ability to work remotely and travel nationally 50% of the time; valid driver's license required - Skills in managing multiple projects and delivering effective presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with PDUs or transfer switches is ideal - Knowledge in program/project management - Proven ability to develop and recommend high-value solutions - Familiarity with direct and channel sales models - Strong skills in resolving quality and delivery concerns professionally
