Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations Implement sales plans and key account strategies to achieve sales and financial goals Sell the employer's suite of products and services, focusing on Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions Maintain strategic alignment with assigned referral partners and provide periodic updates on sales progress What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the fintech sector Proven track record of direct selling success, with strong revenue generation skills Experience selling to C-level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and marketing skills Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
