Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+
Base salary of $40,000 with potential for residual income from ongoing sales
Monthly/quarterly bonuses for exceeding quotas and achieving sales goals

Responsibilities
Prospect and present Heartland Payments solutions to business owners and Financial Institution (FI) partners
Build and maintain trusted partnerships with assigned FI branch locations
Utilize CRM systems (Atlas and Salesforce) for client management and sales tracking
Achieve minimum production requirements and set first-time appointments to secure quotas
Attend team meetings and field rides with the District Manager for ongoing training and support
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license required for regular travel to client sites
Background check and completion of mandatory drug screening after a conditional offer
Ability to spend a minimum of 75% of the time in the field
Minimum of two years of relevant experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Strong prospecting, communication, and networking skills
Experience with pipeline lead management
Sales-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving results
Professional demeanor and high integrity
