Responsibilities
Drive new business opportunities with new-to-employer organizations across your territory, focusing on Large Enterprise clients
Convert viable prospects into active employer clients, managing the full sales conversation and negotiation
Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to meet sales metrics and quotas
Oversee complex high-revenue sales across diverse business environments
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and account planning
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in complex, intangible sales environments
Proven experience selling to sales leaders and executives
Business development or new-client acquisition experience in a sales role
Demonstrated ability to influence C-level executives
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing and forecasting a complex sales process
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and engagements
