Drive new business opportunities with new-to-the-employer organizations within your assigned territory Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and transitioning new clients to the account management team Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to meet sales metrics Handle complex high-revenue sales across diverse business environments Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible sales environments Experience selling to sales leaders and executives Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Ability to manage and forecast a complex sales process Willingness to travel as needed How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
