Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory and account growth strategies to identify and drive sales opportunities for employer products and services
Meet or exceed revenue and new business objectives through effective sales tactics
Understand strategic market direction and client needs within Life Sciences to penetrate new customers and expand existing accounts
Lead negotiations with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle to achieve deal closure
Collaborate with Account Management and Implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions and continued client relationship management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
10+ years of outside sales experience, with at least 5+ years in selling to Life Sciences organizations
Demonstrated domain knowledge specific to Life Sciences
Proven track record in strategic new business selling and closing multi-year agreements
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of clinical research, real-world data, and drug development marketing
Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and forecasting abilities
Familiarity with Big Data, Cloud Computing, and Identity Fraud concepts
Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities with fluctuating deadlines
Previous experience working at both operational and executive levels
