What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Take inbound calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultations to small business owners

Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy, Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability

Collaborate effectively within a high-performing sales culture

Manage desk priorities and deliver timely outcomes to customers

Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business

What is Required (Qualifications):

Active commercial Property & Casualty license required

Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty experience preferred

Call center experience is valued

Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively

High-speed broadband internet connection with specified upload/download speeds
