What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants
Provide coverage consultation on small business insurance lines such as BOP, Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability
Collaborate with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business
Deliver excellent customer service and tailored insurance solutions to business owners
Manage desk priorities and ensure timely outcomes for customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
Active commercial Property & Casualty producer's license required
Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty experience preferred
Call center experience valued
Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation skills
Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills
