What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants for coverage consultation

Consult on small business insurance lines such as Business Owner’s Policy, Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service

Manage desk responsibilities while ensuring timely outcomes for customers

Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team to address complex risks and write profitable business

What is Required (Qualifications)

Active commercial Property & Casualty producer’s license required

Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty experience preferred

Call center experience is valued

Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively

High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum speeds

Experience in a sales role within the insurance industry

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and performance metrics

Familiarity with various small business insurance products

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
