What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation to small business owners

Consult on various small business lines coverage including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability

Collaborate effectively as part of a team in a competitive sales environment

Manage desk tasks while ensuring timely outcomes for customers

Deliver excellent service by tailoring insurance solutions to meet the specific needs of each business owner

What is Required (Qualifications)

Active commercial Property & Casualty producer’s license required

Eligibility to hold a full Property & Casualty license in your resident state and 48 non-resident states (Hawaii/Alaska not included)

Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty experience

Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Call center experience is valued

Demonstrated competitive nature and strong desire to win

Solid time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Experience in sales roles requiring negotiation of complex messages
