What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants
Provide coverage consultation to small business owners on various insurance products
Collaborate with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks
Prioritize tasks and manage desk effectively while ensuring timely outcomes for customersDeliver excellent customer service with tailored insurance solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Active commercial Property & Casualty producer’s license required
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Property & Casualty insurance preferred
Call center experience valued
Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Competitive nature and a strong desire to win in a sales environment
Demonstration of solid time management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work setting
High-speed broadband internet service with specified upload/download speeds
