Job Responsibilities
Manage and develop a group of independent agents, optimizing growth potential and exceeding profit objectives
Prospect for new business and appoint new agents while providing training and support
Implement strategic marketing plans for the assigned territory to attract and retain business
Influence agents to promote and sell company products, providing ongoing support and follow‑up
Address customer service issues and ensure effective resolution by collaborating with appropriate resources
Qualifications
A minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience
Five years of sales experience or insurance industry experience preferred
Intermediate knowledge of agency diagnostics and the ability to assess agency operations
Advanced relationship management and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to demonstrate resilience in achieving outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Advanced ability to influence sales and advise agents effectively
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience in driving results and meeting sales goals
Demonstrated integrity and the ability to work independently with minimal direction
