What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation
Consult on various small business insurance lines, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP) and Workers Compensation
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional service
Manage desk priorities to ensure timely outcomes for customers
Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team to address complex risks and write profitable business
What is Required (Qualifications)
Active commercial Property & Casualty license required
Must be eligible to hold a full Property & Casualty license in your resident state and 48 non-resident states (Hawaii/Alaska not included)
Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty experience preferred
Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Call center experience

Demonstrated organizational and desk management skills
Experience in a fast-paced environment
