What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a specified geographic area
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products and services to targeted business prospects
Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to quickly identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
Negotiate favorable contracts and ensure strategic alignment with assigned referral partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, specifically in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech
Proven track record of direct selling success and exceeding sales goals
Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
Strong negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's Degree
Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training experience
