What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer's suite of products including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Maintain strong relationships with strategic referral partners and ensure alignment in sales strategies
Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the fintech industry
Proven track record of direct selling success and strong revenue generation
Experience selling to “C” level executives in relevant industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s Degree
Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training experience
