What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and develop a mid to moderately complex group of agency assignments to optimize growth potential
Prospect and appoint new agencies while exceeding year-over-year growth and profit objectives
Provide substantial support to agents, facilitating workshops and identifying opportunities for cross-selling products
Complete strategic marketing plans for territory and diagnose agency operations to motivate agents
Address customer service issues and ensure resolution while maintaining relationships with agents and internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience
Intermediate knowledge of agency diagnostics and strategic marketing insights
Advanced communication skills, including strong verbal and written abilities
Advanced relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively with customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Five years of sales or insurance industry experience
Bachelor's Degree
Advanced ability to influence agents to promote Travelers products and services
Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and ability to exercise decisive judgment
Experience guiding other professionals in a collaborative environment
