Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area or market Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations Sell the employer's suite of products and services, focusing on Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients Collaborate with strategic referral partners to enhance sales opportunities What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the fintech industry Proven success in selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail Strong track record of revenue generation and exceeding sales goals Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s Degree Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training is preferred
