What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer's suite of products, focusing on Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Execute a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and maintain strategic alignment with referral partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the fintech sector
Proven experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Strong track record of revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s Degree
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
