What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a specified geographic area.

Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations.

Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products, including Earned Wage Access and Paycard solutions.

Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close prospective clients.

Collaborate with strategic referral partners to enhance sales opportunities.

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within Fintech.

Proven track record of strong revenue generation and exceeding sales goals.

Experience selling to C-level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Master's Degree.

Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training.
