Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations Sell the employer's suite of products, focusing on Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions Develop and maintain strategic alignment with referral partners to enhance sales opportunities Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to consistently identify, qualify, and close new clients What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the fintech industry Proven track record of direct selling success, particularly to “C” level executives Strong negotiation skills and ability to exceed sales goals and quotas Excellent communication, presentation, and marketing skills Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's Degree Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training experience
