What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer's suite of products, including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Develop and execute a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new clients
Negotiate favorable contracts and align strategically with referral partners to achieve sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the Fintech industry
Proven track record of direct selling success, particularly to “C” level executives
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and motivation for exceeding sales goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's Degree
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
