What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell a suite of products including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions to targeted business prospects
Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to quickly identify, qualify, and close new clients
Report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development, providing periodic updates on sales performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech
Proven track record of strong revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
Experience selling to "C" level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, or retail
Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering

Master’s Degree
