Job Responsibilities:
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
Prepare quantitative and qualitative data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell a suite of products including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions to targeted business prospects
Manage complex sales processes including opportunity qualification, contract negotiation, and sales closure
Provide periodic updates on sales performance to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the Fintech sector
Proven track record of direct selling success and strong revenue generation
Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
