What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer’s Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions to targeted business prospects
Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new clients
Report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development on sales performance and strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the fintech sector
Proven track record of successful direct selling and exceeding sales goals
Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Exceptional negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s Degree
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
