What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Identify and prioritize sales prospects, preparing quantitative and qualitative data for pricing and presentations
Sell the employer's suite of Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions to targeted business prospects
Execute a repeatable sales process to consistently qualify and close new clients
Collaborate strategically with assigned referral partners to align sales efforts
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the Fintech industry
Proven track record of strong revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Highly skilled in negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s Degree
Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training experience
