What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell a suite of products and services, including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Execute a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
Maintain accountability through periodic updates on sales progress and contract closures
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the fintech sector
Proven track record of direct selling success and strong revenue generation
Experience selling to C-level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s Degree
Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training is preferred
