What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for sales presentations and pricing
Sell the employer's suite of products, including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Effectively manage the complex sales process, from qualification to closing contracts
Regularly report on sales performance and strategic alignment with referral partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant sales experience, particularly in the fintech sector
Proven track record of selling to "C" level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Strong revenue generation skills with a history of exceeding sales goals and quotas
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s Degree in a relevant field
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
Experience in complex sales environments with a focus on enterprise solutions
