Tax - Business Tax Services - Corporate Tax Manager

Base salary range for this role in the United States is
$106,500
to
$195,100 . The range may be higher in certain markets such as New York City, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento).
Key Responsibilities
Prepare or review federal and state tax returns for U.S. corporations and select partnerships, including foreign reporting requirements.
Draft tax research and memoranda, and provide quantitative modeling for private client tax advisory services.
Identify and communicate significant tax matters to senior leadership.
Develop relationships with other service lines and subject‑matter experts.
Build long‑term client relationships and provide tailored service.
Communicate complex tax issues to non‑tax professionals and clients.
Maintain technical expertise and share best practices.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of tax professionals, reviewing work and ensuring high quality.
Identify risks and opportunities to improve services and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with tax, business, or financial planning experience.
CPA certification or membership in The Bar.
Prior experience with ASC 740 tax provisions.
Minimum of 5 years of professional services or tax organization experience.
Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills.
Commitment to continuous learning.
Proficiency with tax software such as RIA, CCH IntelliConnect, OneSource, BNA, or Lexis Nexis.
Experience in managing, coaching, and mentoring junior colleagues.
Willingness to travel as needed and work in a hybrid environment.
