What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market

Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for sales presentations

Sell a suite of products including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions to targeted business prospects

Execute a repeatable sales process to quickly identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients

Collaborate with strategic referral partners to drive sales and revenue growth

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech

Proven track record of direct selling success and exceeding sales goals

Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations

Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and networking skills

Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Master’s Degree

Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
