What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
Sell the employer's suite of products, including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
Negotiate favorable contracts and close sales with prospective clients
Report on sales progress and demonstrate alignment with strategic referral partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the fintech industry
Proven track record of direct selling success, particularly to “C” level executives
Strong negotiation, networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
Ability to consistently exceed sales goals and quotas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's Degree
Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training experience
