Responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and expansion. Partners with GM to manage team members. Requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, sourcing from various channels including special orders, FDO, and second sources. Must direct drivers for timely and accurate deliveries. This is a full-time position. Primary Responsibilities Maintain commercial customer relationships Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives Supervise day-to-day activities of team members Collaborate with GM on coaching and development Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards Maintain commercial stocking programs Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers Secondary Responsibilities Maintain core bank and commercial returns Manage commercial credit accounts Partner with GM for driver coverage Success Factors Friendly communication Parts locating and stocking skills Safety knowledge Proficiency with inventory systems and store equipment Parts and automotive system knowledge Operating POS and parts lookup systems ASE P2 certification or equivalent Advanced solution and product recommendation skills Ability to source from multiple channels Advanced selling skills for commercial customers Multi-tasking and organizational skills Essential Job Skills Knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics Effective communication in English; Spanish a plus Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, and catalogs Complete Parts Knowledge Assessment successfully Basic math skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong organizational skills Understanding of commercial profitability concepts Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends Prior Experience Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred; proven sales ability; team leadership experience. Education High school diploma or GED required. Certificates ASE Certification preferred but not required. Physical Demands Mostly walking or standing, ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, with or without accommodation. Work Environment Primarily indoor with occasional outdoor work under various weather conditions; exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, electrical hazards, and noise. Position is eligible for sales commission based on performance. Compensation Range $19.95 - $21.95 per hour. Benefits Details at
