Job Description

Professional level sales position supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. Responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and acquisition. Partners with GM to manage team members. Requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, sourcing from various channels including special orders, FDO, and second sources. Responsible for directing drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Full-time position. Primary Responsibilities

Maintain commercial customer relationships Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives Supervise day-to-day activities of team members Collaborate with GM on coaching and development Dispatch drivers to meet delivery standards Maintain commercial stocking programs Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers Secondary Responsibilities

Maintain core bank and commercial returns Manage commercial credit accounts Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage Success Factors

Friendly communication Ability to locate and stock parts efficiently Safety knowledge and skills Operate inventory systems and store equipment Parts and automotive system knowledge Operate POS and parts lookup systems ASE P2 certification or equivalent Advanced solution, project, and product recommendation skills Ability to source from multiple channels Advanced selling skills for commercial customers Multi-tasking and organizational skills Effective communication, listening, and problem-solving skills Essential Job Skills

Knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic abilities Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, parts catalogs Complete Parts Knowledge Assessment successfully Basic math skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong organizational skills Understanding of commercial profitability concepts Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends Prior Experience

Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred. Proven sales ability and team leadership experience, including supervising daily tasks and goal achievement. Education

High school diploma or GED required. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

ASE certification preferred but not required. Physical Demands

Primarily walking or standing, talking, hearing, using hands, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Work Environment

Mostly indoor work; occasional outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, electrical risks, and noise. Moderate noise level environment. Position eligible for sales commission based on performance. Compensation Range

$21.95 to $24.15 per hour Benefits
