Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community. Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships. Engage clients with clear, polite communication to understand and help them effectively. Anticipate their needs while checking them into the waiting queue to ensure a smooth visit. Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM. Resolve client issues quickly and effectively, adhering to bank policies and procedures. Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs, elevating the client experience. Simplify clients' banking experience by sharing self-service options for 24/7 account access. Support all aspects of branch operations with a focus on loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure branch security and smooth operation. Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills (Required)
Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Detail-oriented and organized, able to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Strong leadership and operational proficiency, ensuring transaction accuracy and collaboration within the team. Ability to educate the branch team and partners, keeping them informed. Ability to build meaningful client connections and refer clients to experts when needed. 1+ years of retail banking experience. High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills (Preferred)
6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience. College degree or military equivalent. Training and Travel
Complete the Branch Operations Lead Training Program before placement. Ability to travel as required for in-person training and meetings. About Us
