What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Collaborate with stakeholders to create and communicate business objectives and requirements
Oversee the creation and maintenance of training materials for product adoption
Monitor user data to identify opportunities for increased usage and improved user experience
Support agile transformation within the division, sharing best practices and coaching partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry
At least 3 years of agile leadership experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Demonstrated knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe
Ability to influence without direct authority and strong relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications
Experience leading large-scale system implementations or conversions
Background in supporting Underwriting, Insurance Product Launches, Policy Administration systems, or Data and Analytics
