Professional level sales position supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. Responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and acquisition. Partners with the GM to manage team members. Requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, sourcing from various channels including special orders, FDO, and second sources. Must direct drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This is a full-time position. Primary Responsibilities

Maintain commercial customer relationships Provide GAS2 selling experience for commercial customers Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives Support day-to-day supervision of team members Collaborate with GM on coaching and development Dispatch drivers to meet delivery standards Maintain commercial stocking programs Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers Secondary Responsibilities

Maintain core bank and commercial returns Manage commercial credit accounts Partner with GM for driver coverage Success Factors

Effective communication and listening skills Ability to locate and stock parts efficiently Knowledge of safety procedures Proficiency with inventory systems and store equipment Parts and automotive system expertise Proficiency with POS and parts lookup systems ASE P2 certification or equivalent Advanced solution and product recommendation skills Ability to source parts from multiple channels Strong selling skills for commercial customers Organizational and multi-tasking skills Essential Job Skills

Knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics Effective communication in English (Spanish a plus) Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, and catalogs Complete Parts Knowledge Assessment successfully Basic math skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Understanding of commercial profitability concepts Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Prior Experience

At least 3 years in automotive parts sales preferred, with proven sales ability and team leadership experience. Education

High school diploma or GED required. Certificates

ASE certification preferred but not required. Physical Demands

Must be able to walk, stand, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and 100 pounds occasionally. Must have good vision and dexterity. Work Environment

Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise typical of a retail environment. Position eligible for sales commissions based on performance. Compensation: $19.95 - $21.95 per hour. Benefits information available at
