Job Description

Professional level sales position capable of supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. The position is responsible for profitable growth of the commercial business via customer retention and growth. The role partners with the GM to manage Team Members and requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts. The role involves sourcing from various channels including special orders, FDO, second sources, etc., and directing drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This is a full-time position. Primary Responsibilities

Maintain commercial customer relationships Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards are achieved Maintain commercial stocking programs Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers Secondary Responsibilities

Maintain core bank and commercial returns Maintain commercial credit accounts Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage Success Factors

Friendly communication Ability to locate and stock parts efficiently Safety knowledge and skills Operating inventory systems and store equipment Parts and automotive system knowledge Operating POS and parts lookup systems ASE P2 certified or equivalent Advanced solution, project, and product recommendation skills Ability to source from multiple channels Advanced selling skills for commercial customers Ability to multi-task and stay organized Effective communication, listening, and problem-solving skills Essential Job Skills

Knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic abilities Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, parts catalogs, and procedures Complete Parts Knowledge Assessment successfully Basic math skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong organizational skills Understanding of commercial profitability concepts Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed Prior Experience

Minimum of 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred, with proven sales ability and team leadership experience. Education

High school diploma or GED required. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

ASE certification preferred but not required. Physical Demands

Must be able to walk, stand, talk, hear, handle objects, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Visual acuity required. Work Environment

Primarily indoor work, with occasional outdoor exposure to weather, mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise. Moderate noise level expected. This position is eligible for sales commission based on individual or store performance. Compensation Range

19.95 USD to 21.95 USD per hour Benefits
