Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and provide customers with support and guidance. You will use fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information and help create the best customer experience. You will also handle garment refill and care, presentation, and maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service: welcome and guide customers through the store, supporting them with direct customer service Engage with customers to deliver outstanding service and conversations Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all store areas Effectively promote and sell products and represent the H&M brand positively during all interactions Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices, contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house Support with garment presentation, displays, and stock replenishment according to visual and commercial guidelines Assist with opening and closing of the store and adhere to health and safety guidelines Qualifications
