What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive outbound sales campaigns and optimize their impact on targeted customers
Pursue qualified end-user leads and create custom quotes while identifying appropriate distributors
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails
Manage relationships with assigned distribution accounts, focusing on retention and expansion
Collaborate with various teams to support new business initiatives and product launches
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience
Proficiency in using CRM software including SalesForce, HubSpot, and others
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand end market trends and industry best practices
Experience in driving sales and managing customer relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Familiarity with safety products and solutions
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for project success
Skills in conducting needs analysis and product training
Knowledge of the industrial safety industry
