What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring training and account configuration needs are met to drive product adoption and renewal

Deliver on-site and webinar training for the full product suite across all clients

Leverage ChurnZero to proactively focus on customers, reducing risk and enhancing product usage

Analyze clients’ current product usage and suggest best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at assigned client organizations to ensure satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2+ years of experience delivering consultative training for a SaaS product

Superior presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships across different product combinations

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently while embracing a close-knit team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with technical implementation of software

Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM tool

Knowledge of the legislative and policy arena

Proven success in troubleshooting and problem-solving

Experience conducting effective consultative conversations
