What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Support a portfolio of complex clients by collaborating with Client Success team members

Manage client escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication

Customize client-specific reporting and marketing materials for meetings and reviews

Lead Client Service Delivery initiatives to enhance client and member experiences

Develop project plans and deliver regular reports on Client Service Delivery progress

What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of experience working with Fortune 500 clients, specifically in benefits and healthcare

Proven presentation skills with the ability to articulate compelling insights

Experience managing difficult conversations with executive stakeholders

Ability to analyze and interpret data to deliver valuable insights for clients

Willingness to travel up to 25%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in managing long‑term client relationships with accountability for outcomes

Familiarity with integrated virtual care and navigation in healthcare
