role is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency: demanding direct attention to our brand commitment when servicing our customers and driving results. Responsible for upholding Coach’s Service and Selling Models, creating a positive first impression, building ongoing customer relationships through a personalized experience, and leaving a positive, lasting impression. The following information provides an overview of responsibilities and requirements associated with this role as described by the posting. Responsibilities

Sales Floor : Understand organizational objectives; make decisions aligned with company priorities; own personal sales and clienteling strategies in partnership with management; create short- and long-term strategies to achieve metrics and performance goals; communicate current pricing and promotional strategy to customers; drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining productive relationships. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrate Coach’s Selling and Service expectations at all times; stay aware of local market changes and support local sales strategies. Provide in-depth product knowledge, discuss features and benefits, and leverage cross-selling opportunities; tailor approach to customer needs and read cues; follow up with customers to influence/close sales; build lasting customer relationships and trust as a personal fashion advisor. Use Coach tools and technology to support relationship-building and clienteling; contribute to a team selling environment and promote a collaborative store culture. Maintain a calm, professional demeanor and adapt to changing business and store needs; welcome feedback and adjust behavior accordingly. Operations : Complete daily tasks without impacting service or Coach standards; maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising to Coach standards; manage POS, cash wrap, inventory replenishment, and backroom organization; process shipments, stocking, and related activities; support cash-wrap when needed and handle purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Prepare functional areas and maintain visual merchandising expectations; ensure adherence to retail policies and procedures including asset protection. Qualifications

Experience : 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace. Education : High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Technical : Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet), ability to use walkie talkie, and read price/product release sheets. Physical : Ability to work at a fast pace; communicate effectively with customers and team; move around the sales floor, stock room, and backroom; ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds for shipments/transfers; ability to climb, bend, and kneel as needed. Schedule : Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with high retail traffic. Additional Information
