Research and identify potential school and district partners through proactive outreach Qualify leads by understanding their needs and setting up appointments for Account Managers Build and maintain relationships with educators and school administrators to promote Scholastic Book Fairs Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and improve sales techniques What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail or territory sales, event management, or customer service Proficiency in MS Office and experience with sales automation or CRM software Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships with peers and customers How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
