Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions. Client Consultation:

Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. Sales Presentation:

Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address specific client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position life insurance products effectively. Sales Reporting:

Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; prepare regular reports for management. Compliance:

Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintain client confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards. Qualifications

Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; ability to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus. Must have a life insurance license or be able to obtain one (we will assist with licensing).
