Position Summary... Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signage, and inventory management. Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and assesses economic trends and community needs. Models and enforces customer service standards, providing guidance to associates to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Oversees community outreach programs and ensures compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing performance. Ensures the provision of quality eyewear, including consulting with customers, selecting products based on their needs, obtaining measurements, verifying prescriptions, and maintaining equipment. Upholds company policies and fosters a culture of integrity, respect, and belonging. Builds high-performing teams, attracts and retains talent, and acts with integrity in all actions. Delivers results with a customer-first approach, making data-driven decisions, and fostering continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications... Completion of 2+ years of college OR 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience OR 2 years general work experience including 1 year optical experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Eligible to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable laws. Preferred Qualifications... Experience supervising associates.
