What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Identify and source new qualified sales opportunities for the Account Executive team

Schedule product demonstrations between prospects and Sales Account Executives

Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop effective prospect communication plans

Maintain expert knowledge of the product, automotive services industry, and market trends

Meet and exceed daily key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly sales quotas

What is Required (Qualifications):

Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and lead by example

Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor on the phone

Resourceful and adaptable to change and feedback

Bachelor's degree preferred

Successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Fluent in Spanish

Previous experience in a sales development role or similar position

Demonstrated ability to handle objections and proactively address challenges

Strong desire to grow within the organization
