What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Engage with government executives to understand their goals and provide strategic guidance

Collaborate with government personnel to create tailored success plans and workflows using legal AI solutions

Partner with customers to drive adoption and ensure users receive appropriate training

Lead executive business reviews and capture the value delivered to government customers

Advocate for customer needs by sharing feedback with internal teams to influence product enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications)

Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience in legal technology or with legal professionals

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management within legal tech or SaaS firms

Familiarity with legal technology or AI‑driven platforms

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships with customers

Proven ability to work collaboratively across various teams to enhance the customer journey

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working specifically with state and local courts and/or government customers

Strong curiosity about technology and AI developments in the legal field

A proactive and personable approach to problem‑solving focused on customer satisfaction
