What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Engage with government executives to understand their goals and provide strategic guidance

Create joint success plans with customers to maximize the value of legal AI solutions

Collaborate with government personnel to design tailored workflows that address specific business challenges

Partner with customers to drive adoption and ensure proper training for users

Capture value delivered to customers and lead executive business reviews to develop success roadmaps

What is Required (Qualifications):

Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience working with legal technology or legal professionals

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management in legal technology or SaaS firms

Familiarity with legal technology or AI‑driven platforms

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships

Customer‑centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with state and local courts and/or government customers

Curiosity about technology and AI developments in the legal sector

Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams
