– Miami, FL, USA or remote in EST time zone | Full-time Responsibilities
Act as the shareholder's right hand, managing schedules, communications, and travel with precision Coordinate projects, follow up on key initiatives, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple businesses Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations for board meetings and strategic discussions Conduct market research and provide concise insights to inform investment and operational decisions Liaise with the company's C-levels, team, and external partners to align on priorities Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism Qualifications
3+ years experience in executive/business support Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Russian Exceptional organizational skills Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and under pressure, while managing multiple priorities Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information A proactive, adaptable professional with impeccable discretion What we offer
