$123,600.00/yr - $162,300.00/yr Responsibilities
Layout and design of HVAC systems Development of the design criteria for HVAC systems, including general comfort heating and cooling, precise temperature or humidity control, pressurization, and clean room requirements where applicable Development of conceptual and preliminary design documents, including sizing calculations, Air Flow Diagrams (AFDs), Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and general arrangements Development of final design documents including specifications, sequences of operation, duct/piping layouts, and final construction documents for systems such as chilled water and cooling water Coordination with other disciplines Qualifications
Professional Engineering License At least ten (10) years of experience designing HVAC systems for industrial facilities Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to HVAC design Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines Ability to lead a building mechanical team and collaborate with other discipline team members remotely Preferred software and additional experience
Revit, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, and Trane Trace 3D Experience in design of plumbing/utility systems Benefits and compensation
