What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Shape the innovation design and research approach, anticipating future technologies and user expectations
Lead design and research workstreams to deliver human-centered experiences aligned with user needs
Conduct ethnographic research and usability testing to uncover unmet needs and emerging opportunities
Facilitate workshops and executive showcases, translating design insights into clear narratives for decision-making
Manage and mentor Design & Research team members, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of experience in design consulting or UX design
Significant experience in UX, interaction, or product design with a strong portfolio
Proven ability to think at a systems level, translating research and business strategy into customer-centric solutions
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master of Science (M.S.) or Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or User Experience Design
Strong background in property and casualty insurance, financial services, or adjacent industries
Familiarity with human-centered design, AI/automation, and digital transformation approaches
Expertise in Service Design and Process Design
Ability to create a collaborative and psychologically safe environment
